All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Orlando, Florida. Custom orders and wholesale purchase orders originate in Barahona, Dominican Republic, where your jewelry is created and packaged by our women and girls. Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) after purchase unless otherwise indicated. Processing time for custom orders and wholesale purchase orders will take longer, please reference your receipt. We ship via USPS and tracking information will be shared upon shipment from our distribution center in Orlando. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and you may select your shipping options at check out. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. The cost of customs, duties, taxes and returns are the responsibility of the receiver.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

PACKAGING:

Every order is beautifully packaged for you in handmade organza bags with two information cards. Each card will tell you about who we are, and about Larimar. Each piece of jewelry is also tagged with the signature of the person who made your piece. We will also include a 4x6 postcard telling you more about our work with our women and girls. Your package will arrive in a white shipping envelope with our original Batey Girls stickers and stamps!

RETURN PROCESS:

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, therefore all items purchased may be returned to Batey Girls for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and undamaged with the original packaging and labels attached. We highly recommend that customers send their return package with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. In the case an item arrived damaged to the customer we will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping charges. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all items. Customers will be refunded, less any shipping costs, within 10-15 business days of the receipt of the returned items.

LATE RETURNS:

Any item returned after 15 days from order date is not eligible for a refund.

ITEM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Please note that we do not accept returns of custom-made jewelry, final sale merchandise, wholesale purchase orders, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description unless they are faulty. Returns are not allowed on any pop-up shop purchases.

EXCHANGES:

Currently, we can only offer exchanges for the same item.

REFUNDS:

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Processed refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10-business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
