Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return a product, please note that our return policy lasts for 15 days. Due to the nature of our work and the fact that all our products are uniquely handmade, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this time period. We understand that each product may vary in appearance, adding to its charm and unique creation.
For a return to be accepted, the item should be unused and in its original packaging.
In order to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, we offer a 15-day Return Policy. If you are not entirely pleased with your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of purchase. You have the option to request an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs). Upon receiving the returned item at our headquarters: Batey Girls, 4185 Eagle Landing Parkway, Orange Park, FL 32065, we will promptly process your exchange or refund.
The shipping costs for returning your item will be your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. For added peace of mind, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items valued over $75. Kindly be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. Subsequently, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be promptly processed and applied to the original payment method on file. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be reflected.
Late or Missing Refunds
After requesting a refund, we advise checking your bank account for any updates regarding the credited amount. In case there is a delay, it is advisable to contact your credit card company or bank for further information on the processing time. Should you still not receive your refund after completing these steps, please get in touch with us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Sale & Private Label Products
Please be aware that refunds can only be issued for regular priced items. We regret to inform you that custom made products, private label items, and sale products are non-refundable.
