Wholesale Policy


Ordering

The minimum wholesale purchase amount is $300.00. All products and pricing are subject to change and seasonal availability. Our current turnaround for products that are Out-of-Stock is approximately 4-6 weeks. We may also have a limited amount of jewelry designs available for immediate delivery so please contact us if you have any questions. If you have backordered items in your cart, there will be a display option to ship partial or complete at checkout. We do not accept add-ons, so please review that you have everything in your cart before you place your order. If you forget something - you will need to place a new order and meet the minimum of $300.00 to order again.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. We ask that orders be paid in full when you order however, we do offer net terms, which will allow you to pay 50% deposit and the remaining 50% when the order is complete. Please see below under Net Term Orders for more information.

Net Term Orders

If you would like to enable net terms on your wholesale orders please contact us. Enabling this feature on your account will automatically send you an invoice when you place your net order. In order to confirm a net wholesale order we will require 50% Payment in Advance. Once the order is ready to be shipped you will be invoiced for the remaining 50% and payment must be made within 15 days. Orders will not be shipped without full payment plus shipping cost.

Selling Our Products

Batey Girls' products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than the prices listed on our website. Products sold in stores must be sold at MSRP. Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season. Batey Girls' products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for retail purposes and cannot be sold online or in-store to wholesale or discount outlets.

Bulk Orders

We have no limitations on quantities and we have the capacity to produce bulk orders within a 4-8 week lead time. 

"Handmade" Products

Please keep in mind that all products are handmade and there will be variations in color, shape, and patterns. Larimar is also a one-of-a-kind natural gemstone, so every single product will be unique.We are proud to offer handmade products that demonstrate not only the care and craftsmanship of every woman, girl and artisan, but also our brand consistency that makes us a trusted retail partner.

Private Label

All items purchased from Batey Girls are under trademark protection and must display the Batey Girls name. Under no circumstances may you sell Batey Girls' products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark. All designs created as part of a private label contract are owned by Batey Girls and cannot be reproduced by any other company, brand or organization.

Cancellations

We do our best to ship items within 3-5 business days and because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is received in writing via email within 24 hours of your purchase, we will be happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.

Order Changes

Due to processing time and inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to order after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

Returns/Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

All wholesale orders are shipped using a flat rate based on your address and order size. The shipping turnaround usually takes about 5-7 business days. Rush orders are possible, but will involve extra fees. If an order needs to be shipped directly from the Dominican Republic, it will be sent via FedEx and you will be responsible for all incurred shipping costs. We are not responsible for customs or import fees. Please check your country's policies if you are placing an order outside of North America. We do not ship to PO Boxes, if you try to use one, your order will be delayed and could be returned to sender. We cannot refund shipping costs.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

Returned Mail

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping and handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us and we will provide directions on how to file a claim with the USPS.

Damaged Items/Order Errors

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.

Damaged Replacements

Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note: we cannot extend any discounts to you should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount.

Discounts

At times, we will promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers. These offers do NOT apply to wholesale orders. Coupon codes for these offers cannot be used by a wholesale customer. Violation of any Batey Girls' wholesale policy will result in account termination.
